Here are some details on the unit (see pics below):
Emery Thompson batch freezer. The "Best" machine in the business. 24 quart water cooled. Nearly brand new. Still under warrantee. Less than 20 batches made to date. The scope of my business has changed and I no longer need a machine of this capacity. 220/single phase. Electrical 220 connection plug already installed (not typically standard..extra cost for an electrician to do this). Still has the protective white plastic sheet on the side stainless steel panels. Has lockable rolling casters for moving. Comes with owners/care manual and everything I recieved when delivered. Paid over $18,000.00 for this machine new.
