Carpigiani-Coldelite model UF-313 soft serve freezer combines
state-of-the-art design and technology with simple and efficient
operation. Through advanced refrigeration engineering, the UF-313
utilizes a single high-output compressor for two independently driven
freezing cylinders. This achieves maximum production from each cylinder
which conserves energy and provides optimum product flexibility.

The high performance
Carpigiani-Coldelite UF-253 soft serve freezer combines state of the art
design and technology with simple and efficient operation. The UF-253
provides high production for two individual flavors of ice cream or
yogurt and a combination twist. This freezer will outperform any
comparably sized freezer. Designed to permit the greatest flexibility
when changing products. Choose a gravity model or select a pump model
for increased performance and higher profits.

production demands. It will out perform all other machines including
earlier UF-820 models. State-of-the art technology makes this soft serve
freezer simple and efficient to operate with greater flexibility.
Designed to actually prevent many operational errors, the built-in
memory provides pinpoint diagnosis.
