Frozen Yogurt Topping Bar Rail Station Options for Frozen Yogurt Stores

There are 2 major types of refrigerated topping bars. (pricing below)
1) "drop-in"
2) "island style" (see video below)

We call it a "drop-in" (pics above) because you cut a hole out in the
counter, and the unit is dropped into that "cut out". The edges of the unit
"catch" the ends of the "cut out". You then put a glass sneeze-guard in front
of the unit(s). This is the more expensive way to go, but it gives your refrigerated
topping bars a cleaner look than the second more affordable option,
which is a essentially a topping table with an under counter refrigerator.
call this second option "island style" because it can stand on its own.
You can also cut a section out of your counter and roll the unit into that section.

"Island Style" Topping Bar on left

Watch the VIDEO below  to see what a 12 flavor prep table island style topping bar looks like. This unit
runs approximately $2,690 once you get everything into it, including pans, drip
shelves, night lids, sneeze-guard and shipping. You can go bigger - 18, 24 and 30 toppings,
with bigger refrigerator space underneath (2 and 3 door under counter refrigeration
options). See other sizes below. Prices are subject to change.

Back to the "drop in's":
We offer the Atlas Metal drop-ins (RM Models SPECS)for refrigerated toppings.
If you want one for dry items like candy you want one of our WIC models SPECS
If you want a more "slim-line" refrigerated drop in, you would want the
RML model (SPECS). See pricing on all these options below.

The RM refrigerated drop in's come in six different sizes. The RM-1,
RM-2, RM-3, RM-4, RM-5 and RM-6. Each section holds six toppings.
For example, if you go with the RM-3, you will feature
18 toppings (3 sections X 6 pans = 18 toppings).

With the drop-in's, you'll also need what are called adapter bars. You will
need 2 of these per section, and they cost $29 each.

You will also need a sneeze-guard. See a sample picture HERE. As well
as a spec sheet HERE.  Count on anywhere from $250 to $500 for the
sneeze-guard, depending on how much space you need to cover. In other
words, if you need to cover both the dry and cold topping areas, the
sneeze-guard will need to be longer.

Costs on the "drop in" refrigerated and dry topping bars as well as the island
style topping bars are below. Prices include shipping, the adapter bars,
1/6 pans, drip shelves and night lids. Don't be fooled by other websites
selling cheaper drop ins that don't include everything you need.

Prices are subject to change.

from $250 to $750 for sneeze-guard coverage.

Or, if you want something high end, you can order the refrigerated topping unit already built into the counter as shown in the options below. This way you can buy it as an already assembled unit, including a glass sneeze guard. They have small casters (wheels) to make it easy to move them around to clean under. They also lock firmly in place. But beware...they are expensive.
