- CABINET CONSTRUCTION: All welded, chemically
treated, heavy gauge steel walls rigidly bonded together by strong,
highly efficient 2 1/4" polyurethane, foamed-in-place
insulation. Base is heavy gauge steel to withstand rough moving and
abuse.

- Flavor jar housing is made from the highest quality
stainless steel. There are eleven jars instead of the traditional
ten. Included are one heavy duty chocolate pump, three syrup pumps,
six fruit jars, and the spoon holder. Jar covers with attached 1 oz.
capacity ladles are stainless steel. Fifteen easy changing flavor
identification inserts for the knobs are furnished with each
cabinet. The flavor inserts are clearly visible through the clear
plastic, pop-out top.

- Sliding lids are constructed from two stainless
steel pans insulated with styrofoam inner core. Handle is formed
into the top pan and is easy to grasp and keep clean. Lids have
seals to reduce frost build-up. Both lids can be pushed back,
completely out of the way, to permit full access for peak service or
cleaning.

- Wide range of temperature controls.

- Radiant shell, non-clogging condenser requires no
maintenance.

- Syrup and Chocolate Pumps can be taken apart,
cleaned and reassembled with little effort… no tools required. A
simple adjustment on either style varies the portion pumped from
zero to 1 3/4 oz.

- Durable sanitary jars won't chip or break even when
dropped on cement.

- Removable drip trough under flavor jars prevents
condensation from falling into the ice cream.

- 3/4" I.D. vinyl drain tube exits into
compressor compartment at front, hose has standard garden hose
