One of our favorite aspects of the Master-Bilt line of Ice Cream Dipping Cabinets, aside from the fact that they are high quality, is the removable frost shield. These are metal pieces that attach to the inside of the cabinet where frost build-up is most likely. This way, when the frost builds up, you remove the shield, clean it off and put it back in frost free. This is a big deal for anyone who has ever had to deal with defrosting a cabinet or who has tried to chip off built-up ice. The CG stands for "curved glass". These models are the same exact equipment, but have the curved glass that gives them a European look. The CG series is priced slightly higher.
In addition to the actual freezers, you it is a good idea to purchase a dipper well for the scoopers and the can-skirt kit. The can skirts are to hold the cans firmly inside the cabinet so that they can be scooped properly and easily.
